Ready for 2014

And We're Off!
Though winter tends to be a slow time in real estate, I was lucky enough to maintain business during the holiday season. Even better, the market is going to continually pick up as spring approaches; and I sure am ready!

If you know you want to sell your home this year, now is the time to start thinking about how you’re going to get that done. Start by meeting with a Realtor® (I happen to know a great one!) in order to assess your home and give advice on any work that may need to be done. This will give you time to make simple repairs, de-clutter your home, and get estimates from licensed professionals- for any more serious issues. Knowing of and fixing any problems in the home before putting it on the market will give it an advantage, and will help you to avoid surprises. No one wants issues to arise after putting a home on the market.

Once you've done your part in getting the house prepared for buyers to admire, your life
will be easier knowing the issues have been taken care of. This will make the selling process so much simpler for you (and the potential buyer).

Let me know if I can help you prepare your home for the market. Call me today to put a plan into action!
